Die Sinnlichkeit eines AugenblicksDer Mensch ist mein bevorzugtes Motiv, meist gegenständlich, meist fassbar - aber sehr sinnlich - Gesichter, Teile eines Gesichts, Augen, Lippen, Hände.Wenige, reine Farbflächen. Die Augen als Bildmittelpunkt, als zentrales Kommunikationsmedium. Alles Unwesentliche wird ausgespart, ein Hintergrund interessiert mich nicht. Der Ausdruck ist das Einzige, was zählt, die Magie eines einzigen Moments. Wichtiger als das Finden eines unverwechselbaren Stils ist für mich die Emotionalität, die ich in einem Bild festhalte. Es ist die Lebendigkeit, die ich suche, in meiner Kunst wie im Leben - sofern ich das trennen kann. Allein durch das Abbilden eines Gesichts auf einem Stück Papier oder auf einer Leinwand entsteht diese Lebendigkeit für mich, entsteht eine Begegnung, formt sich eine Geschichte, an der ich teilhabe - und wesentlich ist der Einfluss eines Musikstücks, welches ich wie einen Soundtrack für jede Arbeit auswähle. Biographie Die Malerin Petra Kaindel wurde 1971 in Österreich geboren. Langjährige Reisen und Aufenthalte in Italien Derzeit lebt und arbeitet sie in Wien, wo sie zahlreiche Ausstellungen hat. |

The Sensuality of a momentMy favourite subject is the human being, shown in a pure, figured - but very sensual way - faces, parts of faces, eyes, lips, hands.A few, pure colours. Focused on the eyes, the central medium of communication. Nothing is more essential than the expression, the feeling. No insignificant backgrounds or surfaces that would irritate the magic of a single moment. In my work I catch human emotions which is more important for me than having an unchangeable style. As I am not standing still, my work should not either. It is emotionality, I try to find, in my art as well as in life, as far as this can be separated.
